Body-weight training methods to increase strength
and learn all movements safely.
Flexible Timing
It's May! The sun is coming out, the weather is getting warmer, and after the strength focus we had the last two months, it's time to bias our training towards conditioning. we will be leaning towards longer workouts at least twice a week (21:00+), so don't worry...the dreaded 5k won't be showing up! We will finish the month with MURPH!
CROSSFIT | COMPETITION
Emphasizes development of skills and strengths for those with the goal of competing in the sport of CrossFit.
PUSH YOUR LIMITS
Our goal is to host two competitions this year for all experience levels. We will update you as soon as dates are locked in.
KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP
During each day of class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training using your own body weight as well as kettlebells.
Personal Attention
In May we are going to step back from retesting the Benchmark Workout to focus more on continuing to build through the longer strength cycle and to really dial in some practice for the Power Clean. This will help everyone when they go to retest their barbell heavy Benchmark Workouts for Phase 2 that they tested back in March! Let’s get ready to Clang & Bang in the month of May!
