On minute 2 complete a 30 second plank hold (on elbows)
On minute 3 complete 10 hollow body rocks

7 Box Jumps
7 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
(You will complete this workout in teams, with only one partner working at a time.  One partner will blast through a full round before the next begins. Repeat until all teammates have completed seven rounds EACH)
