It’s as easy as it sounds. Fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch via email. We’ll contact you to setup your free introductory session, at a time that works best for you.

Our complimentary intro session takes about an hour and we’ll cover everything you need to know to get started. This will give you a chance to experience a basic CrossFit workout and learn about the methodologies as well as familiarize yourself with our facilities. The session will allow you to discuss your personal goals with the trainer and understand how our programs can help you achieve them.

Show up in clothes you can sweat in and get ready to experience what Cable CrossFit is all about!

STEP 2

THE FUNDAMENTALS

Sprinting, weight lifting, gymnastics and all of our training protocols require proper technique first and foremost. “The Fundamentals” are designed to introduce new athletes to the fundamental techniques and essential movements often seen in our group classes, This is a multifaceted course that teaches proper movement, proper recovery and mobility strategies. This course ultimately sets our clients up for success in the gym and gives them the tools to make their time at Cable CrossFit life changing.

“The Fundamentals” is broken up into 4 hours of small group instruction. Once the 4 hours are completed, you are ready to join the group classes.​

JOIN A GROUP CLASS

Now that you’ve made the all important decision to “get started” and have the knowledge base from “The Fundamentals” to train safely and effectively, what happens next? Our group CrossFit program is designed to grow your fitness in a systematic and intelligent manner. Out training is completed in specific cycles, and is designed with our members long term goal and success in mind.​
